Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Once your order is placed and confirmed, we aim to process it within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after cut-off time or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email (and/or SMS) once your order is shipped, along with tracking information where applicable.

2. Shipping Regions & Methods

  • We ship to all major cities and towns within India, via trusted courier partners.

  • For remote or hard-to-reach locations, additional transit time may apply.

  • Shipping methods include standard surface courier and, where available, expedited/air courier (at extra cost).

  • If you are ordering from outside India (export ­/ international shipping), please contact us directly for availability, rates and delivery times.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination postal code, size & weight of the parcel, and selected shipping method.

  • Free standard shipping may be offered for orders above a specified value (for example, INR XX,000) — this threshold may vary in promotional periods.

  • Shipping via expedited services will incur an additional fee, clearly displayed at checkout.

4. Transit Times

  • For shipments within metropolitan and accessible locations: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • For non-metro, remote, or hill-/rural-areas: it may take 5–10 business days.

  • For expedited shipping: expected delivery within 1–3 business days (if available for your location).

  • Please note these are estimates; actual delivery may fluctuate due to courier operations, weather, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

5. Order Status & Tracking

  • Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking number and link (if provided by the courier).

  • You can track your shipment using that tracking number on the courier’s website.

  • If you do not receive a tracking update within 2-3 days of dispatch, please contact our support team.

6. Address Accuracy & Responsibility

  • It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including apartment/suite number, landmark, PIN code and contact phone number.

  • If the courier attempts delivery and is unable to complete it due to incorrect/incomplete address, excessive delays may occur; additional redelivery or return fees may apply.

  • If you wish to change the delivery address after shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to assist — but additional charges may apply and we cannot guarantee the change.

7. Damaged, Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your parcel arrives damaged or you suspect it has been tampered with — please refuse delivery or accept with reservation, and immediately notify us with photos.

  • In the unlikely event of non-delivery, loss or mis-routing, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date so that we may lodge a claim with the courier partner and assist you.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance (for international shipments), strikes, natural disasters, or other causes outside our control.

8. Returns & Exchanges (Shipping-Related)

  • If a product needs to be returned due to manufacturing defect, wrong item shipped or similar, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label where applicable.

  • For returns due to change of mind, the shipping cost may be borne by the customer (unless specified otherwise).

9. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

  • For international orders: the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

  • Customs policies vary widely; you should check with your local customs office for details.

  • We do not guarantee an estimated delivery time until the parcel clears customs and enters local domestic shipment network.
